What to Expect
Take a look at what to expect on the day of your new boiler installation.
7:45 am - We’ll arrive to set up our van and tools
Our engineers will arrive bright and early to set up our van and make sure we have all the tools and products we need.
8:00am - We’ll knock on your door
At 8am we’ll knock on your door and let you know our team are here to start your boiler installation.
We will protect your carpets and surfaces
Our engineers will take precautions to protect surfaces within your home, it’s really helpful if you’re able to move any furniture to allow room for our tools.
How to Prepare
When we arrive to install your new boiler, there are a few areas within your home that our engineers will need access to on the day.
Take a look at how you can prepare your home for our arrival to make the installation as seamless as possible.
Parking Spaces
Depending on the type of boiler installation, we may need space saving for up to 3 vans outside your home. It’s always helpful if you can keep the driveway clear.
In the Kitchen
If you’re boiler is located in your kitchen, this is where we’ll be doing the majority of our work. Clear surfaces and access to the stop is essential, tea bags are also welcomed!
Elsewhere in the House
We’ll also need access to other areas within your home such as access to the airing cupboard and all the radiators throughout the house.
What We Need to Access
Our engineers will also need access to your loft tank as well as your gas meter.
Install the Bosch EasyControl App
Once your boiler is installed, you can download the Bosch EasyControl app. This allows you to take full control to your heating and set your radiators to your desired temperature.

The End of the Day
At the end of the day, we will have a tidy up and carry out the handover.

Our engineers will make sure your home is tidy and exactly the way is was when they arrived.
We’ll Talk You Through Your New Boiler
We’ll talk you through your brand new boiler, how it works and anything else you may need to know such as how to utilise your smart controls.
Register Your New Boiler
After your boiler installation is complete, you can register your boiler with Worcester Bosch and receive your guarantee certificate.
Your Gas Safe Compliance Certificate
We’ll also ensure your Gas Safe Building Compliance certificate is sent to your through the post.
Join The Service Plan
Our engineers can even discuss joining our service plan. Our Boiler Service plan is the only compulsory plan, we also have other plans for you to choose from.
We Will Take a Payment
Once everything is complete and you’re happy with your brand new boiler installation, our engineers will take the payment.
